Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

We received delivery cookies as an surprise anniversary gift last night from my sweet mother-in-law. My husband and I were delighted when we received the package, complete with 2 dozen cookies, 2 milks, a card, and a balloon!! They were still warm and absolutely delicious! When we called his mom to thank her, that's when she realized that they had mistakenly not included his favorite flavor, but gave us extra of another (only got 3 flavors instead of 4). But Tiff's Treats went above and beyond when they delivered us another complete set with the correct assortment of cookies. It was unneccessary but very much appreciated! We highly recommend!! Thank you so much!

I love Tiff's Treats! I don't care if people say they are overpriced. I'm willing to pay for it because I will never bake cookies for myself. I enjoy eating them when I have a craving but I don't want to do the work of making them. Plus I don't eat them often enough to justify buying all the materials. I love that I can get in and out with my favorite order (Snickerdoodles). Also, if you sign up for their email newsletter they give you cool deals. I love Tiff's Treats.

Ordered these for pickup today. I’ve had these delivered to me and for others numerous times in the past and have never been disappointed. Upon pickup, the order was brought out immediately and the cookies were warm. They currently have a lemon flavor (which is not always on their menu). So good!!! Glad I had others to share with as I would have consumed the entire dozen instead of just 2.

Eat the cookies while they are still warm. Otherwise nothing to get excited about!

Good cookies I went a few years ago

Ordered a box for my mom for Mother's day which was supposed to arrive between 7-9pm when I knew my mom would be home. I called them at 9:30pm because it still hadn't arrived and they said it would be there around 10-10:30pm. 10:35pm and my mom told me to just cancel it because she wanted to go to bed but I couldn't get ahold of anyone because it went straight to a voice recording. It finally showed up at 10:45pm. My mom won't be able to enjoy the cookies warm, she has to go to bed because she has work tomorrow. Wasted $30 on cold cookies

Quite dissatisfied with their service. Had an order placed at 9:15 for delivery by 12. Order didn't make it until 12 30.

My family loves Tiffs Treats, their cookies are perfect! The only dilemma I have is that you can’t order different cookies. They do have the variety pack, but not the cookies that we wanted or the quantity. Example: I wanted a dozen cookies I would want 2 chocolate chip, 2 sugar and 4 chocolate chip and 4 peanut butter. They couldn’t do that because it has to be only half. I would suggest esp. because we can’t walk in Due to the covid-19 and order different cookies that they should have some pre-made in the morning in case customers wanted their own variety pack.

Excellent customer service with the gentleman that helped us. This is like heaven in my mouth🤤

What an awesome place. They not only have great cookies but they also help the local community. Saw them at Armstrong elementary giving out free cookies for an event.

very disappointed I was in a hurry and ordered cookies to pick up. They do not give a choice of cookies, I have to order what they offered me. If I am a walk in I can choose the flavors I want. If my order is pick up or delivery they just give me 2 choices. I do not understand, they have plenty of time to prepare my order. they said it was convenient. For who?

Place order today to have warm cookies deliver around time my daughter got drop off from school. I understand the residence delivery policy verified phone number was correct. No call or text was ever sent to confirm delivery before cookies went in the Oven like policy stated. Few hours later I called to figure out what happen I just got and “OH” we never heard back from you when they never text or called. Really disappointed. I have a place orders before with other tiff treats with out a problem.

I normally love their cookies but I'm very disappointed in my experience at this location today. They told me I couldn't purchase cookies because they're only selling dozens for Valentine's Day. Smh it's not even Valentine's Day yet but I guess it's just screw all your walk in customers day

Highly addicting cookies!! I first tried them when a coworker had them delivered to our job one night and I have at least ordered 2 dozens once a week from there on out. Never have I had a cookie so warm and soft like Tiff's Treats right out of the oven.

The cookies are good, but they are a bit expensive. Also do not microwave the box, it’s lined with foil. And don’t put it in the oven, because the foil is coated in a thin wax layer. No idea how any of that makes sense design wise for a to go cookie box. So 3 stars. If packaging was practical for the product at that price, I’d reconsider.

Over priced cookies. Get the same cookies at Subway.
